Shout out to this Chickfila for having a stellar drive through. Ya'll are superstars. The line can be wrapped around the building but still goes super fast. Employees are always friendly and always have individually wrapped dog treats for my dog.

Ok I feel the need to re review this place. First off let me say I eat at Chick Fil a at least once a week because my 6 year old loves it. My son always trades his toy for ice cream and pays the .25 for the chocolate syrup. He went up with his toy and his money and the rude new manger they have that is middle aged, nerdy, and not polite like everyone else at chick fila is proceeded to tell my son he didn't have enough money for the chocolate and a cherry and made a 6 year old cry. My son likes to feel like a big boy and get it himself so I always let him. Well he comes back in tears. I go up to now pay for a Sundae for my son and ask the manager and once again he is rude to me and said my son was asking for free ice cream with chocolate and cherries which he was not. After he accused my son of that he turns around and acts like I walked away which I did not. I also had to defend my food from flies the whole time we were eating and there must have been 50+ flies hanging out on the window to the playground. This place has gone downhill. The playground smells like BO and dirty socks. I am moving soon and will just eat somewhere else until we move.

So I love this place. I take my daughter and niece here every week and it is wonderful. The customer service is amazing. They are so accommodating to everyone but when you have little ones it is awesome to have a little bit of help:)). I do wish though that chick fil a would bring back the old grilled nuggets. Not a fan of the new recipe. My daughter loves the fried ones which will keep me coming but not as often since I will not eat the grilled nuggets:((. My daughter also did not like it which is disappointing bcs if we wanted to eat fast food but eat healthy we could eat here. Now we will have to figure out another option. But as for everything else we love chick fil a.

This location is substandard. Very inconsistent service - even though seems friendly and Guest-centric. Had a ridiculous experience this morning. Took 25 min for my order - really? No coffee - really? and get this..they gave me the wrong order 3 TIMES!!! I thought I was being punked. After the last trip back into the store with the wrong order, I finally got my money back, gave them all the the food back and told them good riddance. No breakfast - and late for work! I have contacted corporate offices - that level of lunacy needs to be addressed. I will never go to the store again..and quite frankly, they aren't the cheapest in town. It's funny how one stupid incident can damage a customer's long term relationship with a corporate brand.

Never had an issue with this Chik-fil-A-- friendly people, good service, excellent food. Have been for breakfast and lunch several times and never had an issue. My wife forgot her purse once and an employee found it and put it in the store safe for her. That's pretty awesome. They play christian music over the in-store radio, which is kind of offputting, but other than that, no issues with this store.

I love chickfila! Especially this location. I've never been disappointed in the food or the service! Everyone is friendly and it's always clean too. I highly recommend. Before you ask, no, I don't work there and I don't know anyone that does. I just feel strongly about recognizing a place that provides great service!

This location has consistently given quick and friendly service. I typically visit during the evening hours as opposed to midday, so I'm not sure how the service stands up for the daily lunch stampede. The food is as good/great as you'd expect from a typical Chick-fil-A. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich; the crispy breading works perfectly with the tangy pickle and 1/2 gallon of Buttermilk Ranch Sauce. The only negative? They do not have a $1 menu, however, I'm assuming it's for the best since I'd weigh an additional 20lbs. if they did.

As far as fast food goes, Chik-fil-A transcends the industry. This particular location is excellent with handling large crowds and the high quantity of guests inside and at the drive thru. I have never seen so many employees working outside a restaurant to make sure the experience at the drive thru is as good as the service inside. I also noticed a sign inside saying they have kitchen tours, which makes me believe they do have a lot of pride in their restaurant and delivering a fantastic end product. It is delicious and the best value in fast food! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and even dessert for an ice dream!

BEST DRIVE THROUGH EVER!! .3. I love the choices on their menu and for once I actually love chicken nuggets!! My son loves that you can trade out the toys for ice cream and he loves the play area! Keep it a secret but sometimes I sneak into the play area to play with them. Amazing food! Oh and digging the Chick Fil A sauce.

I love everything, especially their spicy chicken biscuit, spicy chicken sandwich, their gravy biscuit, their hash browns and the waffle fries! Their soft serve is also the best! Like I said, I love everything! This specific location is awesome! It's so close to home, and the staff is great! They're always fast and efficient! I drive by there every morning, and the drive thru line is always super long! It's that great! One Saturday morning, my boyfriend and I wanted their breakfast, but missed the cutoff time. They saw how sad we were, and they were nice enough to offer some of the breakfast items they had left over! If you can, buy their calendar! It's only like $6 or $7, and you get a card you can use once a month for a designated free item! So worth it! Only bad thing bout this place, they're closed Sundays. :( "Eat Mor Chikin!"

Excellent experience at Chick fil a! My wife and I have visited this location several times and always have a great experience. The food is consistent and delicious. Great value and Chick fil a's customer service is unlike any other. Any time I visit a Chick fil a, I don't feel as if I'm in a fast food place, but a restaurant, and this one is no exception!

I mean chick-fil-a is pretty much the greatest fast food restaurant ever created and the spicy chicken sandwich is like the greatest thing to ever happen to chicken. This particular location is down the block from where I live and if it wasn't for my girlfriend id probably be there every day. The service is pretty outstanding, I once showed up 5 minutes after breakfast had finished and I asked for an item off the breakfast item and my request was obliged no questions asked. Don't think I could ever have anything bad to say about this place.

We have had such bad luck with this Chick-fil-A wrong orders all the time, cold food, and not alway friendly staff. This time has just made me bitter about This Chic-Fil-A location. My food was cold, but the real reason is I took my 3 year old and 1 year old to the play area and the other kids in the play area were being very rowdy and climbing all over the equipment the way you're not supposed to. One of the kids almost fell on my one-year-old daughter and another kid almost kicked her in the face. I went to complain to the manager and he just didn't seem concerned at all, nor could I feel like anything he said to me was sincere. Not sure if I'm going to return to this Chick-fil-A

Best drive thru service ever! Long line but I was through it in about 1 minute. My chicken strips wouldn't be ready for 2 minutes (I wasn't in a hurry anyway) so the manager have me a card for a FREE Chik fil A sandwich MEAL! Excellent job guys!

July 11th is National Chick Fil a day. Dress in a full cow costume and get a meal free! Includes fries and a drink! But, if you partially dress as a cow (white shirt, cow spots, tail, ears, hats etc;) you get to pick either the chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, the grilled sandwich, grilled nuggets 8 ct. or the regular strips 3 ct.). I went in there today with my boyfriend and it was packed! But service was great, we hopped right in line and the cashiers are fast and the food comes out quite quickly! We even had a place to sit even though it was so busy. They are always super nice and they have great customer service! I cannot complain whatsoever and recommend this Chick Fil A in the Winter Garden/Ocoee area!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast the other morning while doing errands. I went inside so I could sit and enjoy some coffee with my meal. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit, fruit cup and coffee. The biscuit and fruit were on the tray before I even finished paying for the meal but then it sat there by the register for a few moments and I then realized that the server was getting my coffee.... discovered that there was none left in the Thermos pot and then started to make a new pot. Another server walked by and asked if that was my food, I said yes, and she handed it to me. The original server finally turned around and apologized for the delay and said he had to make a new pot and would bring me my coffee to my table. My question is, they only have one pot of coffee going? Does the drive thru have their own pot he could take from? It did not matter since about 30 sec after seating down, he brought out my coffee. Unfortunately, when I opened it up to but the cream in, a bunch of grounds was floating in it. I ended up scooping out the grounds but ended up asking for a glass of water with my meal. I never really had any trouble at a Chick-Fil-A so this was a first for me. Other than the coffee, the food and service were okay and what is expected at this type of venue.

I've been to Chick-Fil-A a few times in the last year and have never been dissappointed with their food quality. Very tasty and delicious! What I would like to add is that the staff and manager are always working to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your dining experience. I love that about this place! I had last stopped for a breakfast meal of the burrito and chicken biscuit with coffee. All were really good and the meal was nice and hot! I will definitely continue to patronize this restaurant because it's such a nice change from the usual fast food experience. Keep up the great work CFA!

I honestly don't think they could do a better job at this Chick-Fil-A. I've been to a lot of them and this is definitely one of the best. It's no wonder this place is so popular you sometimes have to wait a few minutes to get to the head of the line. Despite the busy-ness, however, staff here is always polite and the meals are always piping hot, unlike some Chick-Fil-A restaurants that cook so much ahead that entrees become lukewarm while waiting for someone to order them. Personally, I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for fresh and hot than eat something that's been sitting around for heaven only knows how long. You can't go wrong by stopping here. Try not to be discouraged by any lines you see, inside the restaurant or at the drive-up.

As far as Chick-Fil-A's go, they are pretty much run of the mill. This particular one though is a little substandard. Maybe it was because I came a little bit late on a Saturday morning--at 9:23 a.m. Personally I don't really think that's late. The line was outrageously long. The biscuits they gave us were hard as a rock and dry, too. One bite caused my entire car to be a complete mess...and that was just from me--not counting my kids. We ordered a large 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea and got 100% sweet. Yuck. Since I am not from that area, this is really a non-issue to me, but my grandbaby lives down there so I'm sure I'll be back at some point in the near future. Maybe I'll try it again, maybe not. I'm hoping it was an "off" day.
